Were you once a member of a Scout Group in Alsager? The 1st Alsager Scout Group are currently appealing for former members to get in touch. This year they are celebrating 100 Years of Scouting in Alsager and they would like to invite as many former members as possible to join them in the celebrations that they have planned. Were you once a Leader or Assistant Leader of one of the sections? Maybe you were a Beaver, Cub or Scout, perhaps you were even a Wolf Cub, Rover Scout or a Venture Scout. Do you remember when the meetings were held in the old pumping house in Well Lane, Alsager? You may even remember Frayling Scout Hall, the current location for weekly meetings, being built. However you were once involved with the Group they would be very pleased to hear from you. Please also ask your family, friends and neighbours if they were part of the Group, you may even know of someone who has moved out of the area that was once a member. All the current members would be really pleased to meet you and hear your stories and memories of Scouting. If you were once a member please get in touch with the Group.
