The government says there is no conclusive evidence of health risk - however the government is making a lot of money out of mobile phones so the evidence will never be conclusive.
Regardless of whether the mast is a health hazard or not the important point is that there is a 'perceived risk' which has a real and dramatic effect on property values so this should be a valid basis for a planning objection.

Its obvious that this has a major impact on the value of their property - probably £25,000 or more
