There should be more public notice boards where anybody can place notices without prior permission.

• The existing Council boards are a bit boring and they dont have any info about local events because its too much hassle for the organisers to get the permission

• Its called 'Free Speech'

• Bus shelters would be the ideal places because the passengers would be glad of something to read while waiting for the bus

• There should be a litter bin near to each board so that people can remove notices which they find offensive.
