Here are 3 photos of the old Crewe & Alsager site, via the Wikipedia article on Alsager. One pic shows a view whilst it was still standing. The other two show the demolition. As you can see, by early February 2018 approximately 90% of all the buildings had gone. All very sad. Let's be honest, it wasn't the prettiest of campuses, even by red-brick Uni standards. Even so, the place is filled with memories. What is nostalgia, if not bittersweet?

As a bonus, here's a video of a drone overflight of the deserted Alsager campus. It looks very run-down and neglected. Amazing to think it's all gone now replaced by new houses...
